SeaDek USA  Headquarters where the unique closed cell PE/EVA foam is manufactured:

All closed cell PE/EVA foam comes from the SeaDek factory in USA - processed to have the unique 3M self adhesive.  

If the closed cell PE/EVA foam sheet is a thickness > 3mm/ 5mm - it is flame fused to prevent lamination issues. Usually 1m x 2m sheets, with brush lines (if brushed) running along the longest length.

The closed cell PE/EVA foam sheets are not self adhesived on top of one another (therefore the colour combination is set at point of order from USA)

SeaDek is available in a brush or embossed finish.

Large scale designer laser patterning is completed in the USA due to machine size limitations  (UK max size of material in area is: 1.3m x 0.9m)

 

SeaDek UK capabilities:

Design and process the closed cell PE/EVA foam sheets, with the following processes:

• Knife cut (Straight up, 90° edges)
• Routing (Round over, and chamfer (cut away) bits can be used to achieve desired effect)
• Small scale laser etching

Custom cut projects are usually a minimum order size of 1 sheet (2m x 1m).
