Helm/Crew: Solo on the windsurfer. Crew in the Snipe - hiking hard and staying out of the way of the helm (my sister Jenna)!
Why did you start sailing and where?: Windsurfing at Hythe with the 'Hythe Hotshots' T15 team. Sailing Snipe on the Galgenweel in Antwerp.
Favourite UK or International sailing venue?: Weymouth Habour and Stromness, Orkney
Best sailing achievement so far?: Winning some T15 and Zone Champs events. Good results at Ostend North Sea Cup. Part of the team that won T15 'UK Champions Cup'.
What's your next sailing goal?: To get consistent results in UKWA and try shortboarding, formula boards, slalom racing and bigger sails!
First sailing coach/mentor?: My Dad and Marc Carney
World Sailing Rules - Most influential racing rule and why?: Starboard - I like shouting it VERY loudly!
Funniest time on the water and where?: A no wind event at Bewl Valley. My sister, friend and I rigged up and tied our boards together. It was the worst windsurfing conditions but the funniest time on the water!
Favourite VR Race Team kit and why?: The VR Race Team bib - what else!

Favourite sailing drink – Hot chocolate/Lucozade/Seawater/Mug of Tea/Other?: I do drink a lot of seawater, but prefer hot sweet tea
