Nickname (and why?): Flo - short for Florence 

Why did you start sailing and where?: The first time I started sailing was in Bermuda. My Dad always loved sailing and introduced me to the sport, it was amazing conditions in Bermuda 

Favourite UK or International sailing venue?: UK - Weymouth and International: Garda and Bermuda

Best sailing achievement so far?: Getting into the Laser 4.7 Worlds and Euros GBR Team. I am the youngest on the team two years running.

What's your next sailing goal?: Getting into the RYA Laser 4.7 Winter Squad

First sailing coach/mentor?: Tom Herbert-Evans and Paul Doughty

World Sailing Rules - Most influential racing rule and why?: Probably Rule 2 - it is very important to have good Sportsmanship

Funniest time on the water and where?: Too many to count, I can't make my mind up! A lot of funny times at the Royal Bermuda YC.

Favourite VR Race Team kit and why?: My Magic Marine Ultimate Long John - it is so comfy and looks great!

Favourite energy food – Haribo/Chocolate/Bacon Sarnie/Banana/Other?: Probably dried mango or chocolate

PFavourite sailing drink – Hot chocolate/Lucozade/Seawater/Mug of Tea/Other?: Raspberry Lucozade

What do you get up to when you aren’t out on the water?: I love sleeping! Also going to see friends or just relaxing at home. I love most sports, especially netball. Rounders, hockey and athletics as well.

Highlight of the 2016 season?: Laser 4.7 Worlds 2015 in Medemblik - I was the youngest competitor, but met so many new friends.

What are you most looking forward to in 2016/7?: The Worlds in Kiel, Germany and Aldeburgh Junior Week (my Grandpa's Club which is always relaxed and fun!)
