Nickname (and why?): Mini Harry ( I was always the smallest Harry out of the 4 Harry’s that regularly sailed at my club, although I am now the second tallest.)

Why did you start sailing and where?: An after school club to the local lake with school at Priory lake in Bedford.

Favourite UK or International sailing venue?: Workum (Netherlands) - after I do really well there this year at the World championships....fingers crossed!

Best sailing achievement so far?: A 2nd place in a race at the Topper World Championships and crossing the finishing line with a school of dolphins.

What's your next sailing goal?: Improve my results at both the National and World Championships.

First sailing coach/mentor?: Fred Morris

ISAF Rules - Most influential racing rule and why?: Rule 2 - as well as being fun, sailing should always be fair and sportsmanship should always be upheld.

Funniest time on the water and where?: Sailing a Laser Bahia with my Dad at Stewartby Water SC and capsizing six times that day.

Favourite VR Race Team kit and why?: A favourite - can't answer that one - ALL of the kit is amazing and so comfortable!!

Top 3 Most Played iTunes tracks?: Scar Tissue and Parallel Universe both by Red Hot Chilli Peppers and LDN by Lily Allen - this was a surprise to me as well.

Favourite energy food – Haribo/Chocolate/Bacon Sarnie/Banana/Other?: Squares bars, I just can't get enough of them

Favourite sailing drink – Hot chocolate/Lucozade/Seawater/Mug of Tea/Other?: Lucozade.

What do you get up to when you aren’t out on the water?: Facebook and watching TV.
