Why did you start sailing and where?: I started sailing on Windermere, I saw my Dad sailing his 400 and instantly wanted a go!

Favourite UK or International sailing venue?: Looe in Cornwall.

Best sailing achievement so far?: 5th at the Mirror Nationals but it was also my most disappointing result!

What's your next sailing goal?: To get into a 29er Squad

First sailing coach/mentor?: Dave Woodhead - the one and only ;)

World Sailing Rules - Most influential racing rule and why?: Rule 18 - you can gain so much by knowing all the details of this rule

Funniest time on the water and where?: Poole Yacht Club in Mirrors - we swapped crews and played 'Quidditch'

Favourite VR Race Team kit and why?: The Team Jackets - they look really good

Top 3 Most Played iTunes tracks?: Don't listen to very much music.

Favourite energy food – Haribo/Chocolate/Bacon Sarnie/Banana/Other?: A banana and a KitKat Chunky

Favourite sailing drink – Hot chocolate/Lucozade/Seawater/Mug of Tea/Other?: Lucozade and water

What do you get up to when you aren’t out on the water?: Working at Goacher Sails

Highlight of the 2016 season?: Coming 5th in the Mirror Nationals and winning the National Series

What are you most looking forward to in 2016/7?: 29er Worlds - Medemblik
